At MotoClassicHouse, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality motorcycles and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
• Certain products, such as customized or special-order motorcycles and parts, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service at support@motoclassichouse.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
• Please include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return package.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged motorcycle or product, contact us immediately with evidence (photos if applicable).
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, downloadable products, and special-order motorcycles are not eligible for return.
